The Journal of Texas Insurance Law is a benefit of membership in the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. The Journal is authored and edited by section members and is published 3 to 4 times per year. The Journal is soliciting articles concerning all aspects of insurance regulation. Articles are in-depth legal studies, economic analyses, public policy analyses and empirical studies. Each article should be a minimum of 15 pages of text only and may also include figures and graphs to support or further explain the content of the article.
